Oleksandr Markushyn: 50 Civilians Got in Touch but Couldn’t Evacuate Due to the Shelling (video)

50 civilians from Irpin got in touch, but were unable to leave due to shelling. This was announced by Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn in the Telegram – video.

According to him, 3 families were evacuated from the city, and other 50 people got in touch.

“At the same time, we are carrying out an address evacuation – today we managed to evacuate three families with small children from the city. Another good news, I think, is that we were able to contact 50 people from the “Green Yard” apartment complex. They tried to leave the occupied part of the city, but, unfortunately, due to the shelling of the invaders were forced to return. I am sure that we will be able to evacuate these people in the near future”, Markushyn concluded.

We will remind that Oleksandr Markushyn urged the citizens not to return to Irpin because it is dangerous.
