Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn showed his destroyed house and damaged city, and urged residents not to return to Irpin yet. The video was published by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“9 minutes of reporting that is worth your time. It is not just the head of the settlement – he is the commander of the territorial defense unit”, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
