Another 9 Villages of Irpin Region Were Inspected and Demined

During the past 24hrs, on May 21, inspections and neutralization of explosive devices were carried out in 9 settlements of Bucha district. This was reported in the press service of the Kyiv State Regional Administration.

“Explosive objects were inspected and neutralized in the village of Shibene, Babyntsi, Zahaltsi, Borodyanka, Potashnya, Korolivka, Lypivka, Shevchenkove, Zdvyzhivka. A total of 34,866 explosive devices have been neutralized since the beginning of the works”, the statement reads.

We will remind, in one of villages of the Bucha area the 35-year-old tractor driver exploded on mine, he was sent to hospital. 9 more anti-tank mines were found near the site of the tragedy.
