Members of the parliaments of the EU member states visited Irpin

Irpin was visited by deputies of the parliaments of the European Union member states, the delegation included representatives of Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Serbia. This was announced by the Secretary of the Irpin City Council Angela Makeyeva on her Facebook page.

“Today, our colleagues saw with their own eyes what the price of freedom really is, what price Irpin paid. This is not just the war of Ukraine, this is the war of the whole of Europe, of all of us. They wanted to divide Ukraine, but we united and united Europe for peace”, Makeyeva said.

It will be recalled that European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Janez Lenarcic recently visited Irpin.
