The First Summit in Ukraine Dedicated to Post-War Reconstruction Will be Held in Irpin

Irpin will host the first summit in Ukraine dedicated to the post-war reconstruction of the city. This was announced by Volodymyr Karplyuk, Chairman of the Irpin Investment Council, on his Facebook page.

The event will start at 10:00 am as part of the First Irpin Reconstruction Summit in Ukraine. It will be dedicated to Irpin, which was destroyed by 76% by the Russian occupiers.

“We will present the results of the project teams, their views on the Irpin future. Teams will present project concepts of the Central House of Culture of Irpin, the Museum of History and Local Lore, the city club “Romanivka”, a few meters from the famous Irpin Bridge, the city stadium “Champion”, kindergartens and schools, Irpin Academic Lyceum, square and transport plan and transport bicycle networks. These objects suffered the greatest destruction and witnessed courage, victory, despair, death, salvation and devotion of the people of Irpin”, Volodymyr Karplyuk wrote.

He noted that the objects are divided into the following areas: urgent in reconstruction, landmarks and objects that need to be rethought in terms of green themes.

The Chairman of the Investment Council also reminded that the Irpin Reconstruction Summit 4.0 was initiated by the Investment Council of Irpin, the Center for Public Communications under the patronage of Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn.
