Slot Machines, Alcohol in a Children’s Store, Drunk Drivers: Raids-Checks Have Started in Irpin (video)

Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, together with police, territorial defense soldiers and the Armed Forces, launched raids on the city to identify businessmen who sell alcohol at illegal times and violators of curfew. The mayor announced this on his Facebook page.

“In just a few hours, many violators were identified. Craftsmen have come up with the idea of ​​selling alcohol even in a children’s store! Also found three illegal halls with slot machines. Equipment will be confiscated from clubs, alcohol sellers will pay a large fine at unauthorized times, and violators of curfews and drunk drivers will be summoned to the military registration and enlistment office”, the mayor said.

Oleksandr Markushyn reminded that “there is a war in our country, so there are certain restrictions. Alcohol in Irpin in shops is allowed to sell until 16:00, in restaurants – until the closure. The curfew is valid every day from 23:00 to 5:00 – during this time it is forbidden to go outside without a special pass!”.
