Yevhen Kharmyshev, a Collaborator from Irpin Was Informed About Suspicion of Treason
The Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reported in absentia on suspicion of treason committed under martial law to Mariupol City Council deputy Yevhen Kharmyshev, who previously lived and worked in Irpin. This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“According to the investigation, the deputy of the city council in Mariupol, which is currently under the control of the Russian armed forces, voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the occupiers and took the pseudo-position of ‘first deputy head of the Mariupol administration’. The suspect is responsible for searching the movable and immovable property of public utilities of the Mariupol City Council, its registration with the so-called “DPR”, the establishment of a commission to determine the state of infrastructure and housing in Mariupol. The suspect is also recruiting residents of the city to involve them in the formation of the occupying power”, the statement said.
We will remind, the design engineer of SE “Antonov” from Irpin is suspected of cooperation with the Russian Federation.
