Markushyn Awarded the Commander “Monk” For Services to the City of Irpin

Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn awarded the commander of the assault brigade Dmytro Zaretsky (call sign “Monk”) with the medal “For Merits to the City of Irpin”. The head of the city reported about it in the Telegram.

“Dmytro is one of those soldiers to whom we owe the strong defense of Irpin. As the commander of the 80th Separate Assault Brigade, the “Monk” and his men gave a good slap in the face to the occupiers, did not allow the rashists into the capital, and finally drove the evil spirits out of our city. Once again, my sincere thanks on behalf of the entire Irpin community! It is an honor for me to be friends with such a person!”, said the mayor.
