The former mayor of Irpin Volodymyr Karplyuk told about it in Telegram.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIrpin became an outpost to protect Kyiv from the Russian occupiers. At the cost of self-sacrifice of the military, territorial defense and volunteers, Irpin took the brunt. Currently, most of the people&#8217;s homes and city buildings in the city have been destroyed. Our team decided to tell the whole world about the heroic struggle of Irpin.
