According to Oleksandr Markushin, there are currently up to 4,000 residents left in Irpin. \u201cI urge others not to return yet, because there are no communications, water, electricity, gas, the sewerage system is not working and the blockages must be removed from the streets. It is necessary to check the territory where the Russians were with explosives technicians so that no one was injured.
