Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has condemned the brutal killings of Bucha civilians and called for Russia to be held accountable for the crimes. He wrote about this on Twitter.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am deeply shocked by the fact that horrific atrocities are being committed against civilians on the outskirts of Kyiv. The killing of innocent civilians is a violation of international humanitarian law. This is absolutely unbearable, and Japan strongly condemns it. Russia must take strict responsibility for these actions\u201d, Fumio Kisida wrote.<\/p>\n
