This was announced by the Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba on his Telegram page &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/#-1691397632\">video<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHalf of the city&#8217;s electricity has been reconnected. We are working on demining and cleaning the city. It&#8217;s too early to return. At least 2,000 families were left without apartments in Irpin.
