Experts have been working in Irpin for several days to assess the housing affected by the Russian occupation. Specialists in a short time have been able to provide the city authorities with an opinion on some of the city’s buildings. \u201cAn expert institute has been operating in Irpin for a week and they have concluded that the three nine-storey buildings are, unfortunately, uninhabitable\u201d the Irpin mayor said.<\/p>\n
According to the mayor, then experts will determine economic losses, financial losses. \u201cWe expect from the state a mechanism on how and by what means everything should be rebuilt. Unfortunately, the city has suffered a lot and it is simply impossible to rebuild at the expense of the local budget\u201d, Oleksandr Markushyn stressed.<\/p>\n
