Oleksandr Markushyn, the mayor of Irpin, announced this on his Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The community of the Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka village made an important and truly historic decision today &#8211; the parishioners of the Archangel Michael Church voted to leave the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate and transition to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. I congratulate the community on its pro-Ukrainian choice.
