The General From Cherkasy Region Ordered to Bomb Irpin, At That Time His Relatives Were in the Bucha District
The Russian major general, who ordered the bombing of Kyiv and Irpin, turned out to be from Cherkasy region. And in Ukraine he has relatives left. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine press service in Cherkasy region, slovoidilo.ua reports.
The information about the general of the army of Russia Vitaly Shkolenko was confirmed by the head of the village of Tekucha of the Umansky area Oleksandr Gershun. He said that his relative turned out to be a soldier who mercilessly fired on the Kyiv region.
“Unfortunately, I am a relative of the Deputy Commander of the 6th Leningrad Army of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Western Military District. Until recently, this creature visited his homeland, where he left many relatives in such settlements as Irpin, Kyiv, Golovanivsk, the bombing orders of which he probably gave personally”, he said (video).
The official also added that relatives and friends of the Russian general were in the Bucha district during the shelling.
Earlier we wrote that the human rights organization Amnesty International has documented dozens of attacks by Russian soldiers on the civilian population in Ukraine, which are regarded as war crimes. These include extrajudicial executions and rapes.
It will be recalled that a “mass grave” was found in Bucha, where almost 300 people are buried. And in Irpin people were shot, tanks were driven over the dead and women were mocked.
It will also be recalled that Irpin and Bucha were visited by the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths, to personally see what the cities and its inhabitants had to go through.
