Deputies of Krakow City Council And Volunteers Visited Irpin (Video)

Irpin was visited by deputies of the Krakow City Council and volunteers. This was announced by the Secretary of the Irpin City Council Angela Makeyeva on her Facebook page (video).

“Our friends, deputies of the Krakow City Council and volunteers visited Irpin. Today they saw the horror, the tragedy of the century, they saw whole neighborhoods destroyed with their own eyes”, Makeyeva said.

She said that the guests of the city visited the tent camp where the residents who lost their homes live, which is located on the territory of the sanatorium “Dubky”.

“Currently, there are 70 tents in the tent camp and another 120 in the sanatorium rooms, as well as a canteen and a medical center on the territory of the sanatorium”, the secretary of the Irpin City Council added.

She noted that foreign guests “brought with them about one ton of humanitarian aid”.

“I promise that our next meeting will be in a different Irpin, because with friends like you, with such strong support, we will definitely win and rebuild our country, our Irpin. Together to victory”, Angela Makeyeva summed up.

It will be recalled that on May 25, the Krakow City Council adopted the “Irpin” resolution.
