The Defense Ministry Shows What Destroyed Irpin Looks Like (video)

Irpin is one of the first cities to undergo a full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation. Russian fascists continue to fire on civilian targets in Irpin, destroying homes, schools and medical facilities, but the city is heroically standing up for itself. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine tells about it in its video.

“The flourishing suburbs of the capital in late February became the epicenter of hostilities. For the feat, mass heroism and resilience of the residents and defenders of Irpin during the repulse of the armed aggression of Russia, the Presidential Decree awarded the village the honorary award “Hero City”, – said in a statement.

It will be recalled that fighting continues in Irpin, there were attempts of Russian troops to attack from 3 directions, which the Ukrainian military managed to repel and counterattack.

Earlier we wrote that 50 people got in touch, however, they have not been able to evacuate yet due to the shelling.
