Germany Will Help to Rebuild Irpin Lyceum №3
The German city of Borna will help rebuild the Irpin Lyceum №3. This was announced by Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn on his Facebook page.
“Friends are known in trouble. And today we feel it 100%. After the mayor of our German sister city of Borna, Ms. Simone Ludtke, saw Irpin destroyed by the racists, she said with tears in her eyes that she would not leave us in trouble. Ms. Ludtke confirmed that Borna will help us to restore Lyceum №3, which has suffered the most among all educational institutions in the community”, the mayor of Irpin wrote.
Earlier we wrote that the oil company SOCAR Energy Ukraine will finance the repair of the roof of the Irpin school №12 named after Zarifa Aliyeva, as well as help replace windows and doors.
It will be recalled that Irpin firefighters received overalls from the German sister city of Borna, and a new fire truck will be delivered from there to Irpin in the near future.
It will also be recalled that thanks to Simone Ludtke, almost 200 women and children from Irpin received shelter in the German city of Born.
