The Occupiers Destroyed the Central Building of the State Tax University

Russian occupiers destroyed the central building of the State Tax University. This is evidenced by the photo sent by the witnesses.

It will be recalled that this is not the first destruction of the Irpin University. At the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, one of the University buildings came under shelling, which started a fire. However, the firefighters managed to extinguish it in time and prevent it from spreading.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy awarded the rescuers for heroism and salvation of the University. By a corresponding decree, the Head of State awarded the Order of Courage of the Third Degree to Senior Warrant Officer of the Civil Protection Service Yuriy Borodai and Captain of the Civil Protection Service Oleksiy Romanenko.

Earlier we wrote that the University was evacuated to Storozhynets, Chernivtsi region, and is currently continuing its activity there. The University decided to terminate its cooperation with Belarusian educational institutions.
