Transport and public places were checked in the Irpin community

The policemen of the Bucha district police department, the military commandant and local self-government bodies, carried out measures to ensure security and law and order.

As the law enforcement officers of the Kyiv region said, during the training, more than 100 police officers were involved, who patrolled highways and roadblocks, identified violators of traffic rules, and checked cars for the transportation of prohibited substances.

Also involved were teams on foot in places of mass recreation of people, a criminal unit, explosive devices, prevention and dog handlers.

The police checked more than 450 people, as well as more than 320 vehicles.

In total, 30 offenses were documented during the evening, including illegal possession of drugs, drunken driving, speeding, drinking alcohol in public places, bringing a minor to a state of alcohol intoxication.
