Find Them All: Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation Identifies Russians Who Committed Atrocities in Irpin and Bucha

Thanks to the system of face recognition and artificial intelligence, it has already been possible to identify many Russian occupiers who committed crimes against the civilian population of Bucha and Irpin in the Kyiv region. The Ministry of Digital Transformation promises to find everyone who has ever been on camera. The Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov told about it (video).

“In fact, many killers have already been found who terrorized civilians in Bucha and Irpin. In a short time, we will establish all the information about these people: their profiles on social networks, where and with whom they serve and live”, Fedorov said.

According to him, face recognition technologies and artificial intelligence allow finding Russian occupiers.

“Today, technology makes it possible to find anyone who has been in the lens at least once. And given how they like to post photos on the Internet and the number of cameras in the cities and homes they have robbed, we will resolve this issue very quickly”, said the Minister.

It will be recalled that a “mass grave” was found in Bucha, where almost 300 people are buried.

Earlier we wrote that the human rights organization Amnesty International has documented dozens of attacks by Russian soldiers on the civilian population in Ukraine, which are regarded as war crimes. These include extrajudicial executions and rapes.
